Fee Transparency – The MVCAC Rate inclusive rate is $257 which includes the mandatory 4.645% assessment charge and will be visual to guests when making their individual reservations using the reservation link provided. There is a remaining 12% that will be charged as an occupancy tax at time of payment as well as the $1.50 Sacramento occupancy fee.
